Tool Technician
OBJECTIVE:
The Machine Tool Technician training program prepares the trainee for
an entry-level position in the machining field.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
The trainee will learn proper safety practices, layout of materials, and
correct operation and care of equipment. A major portion of the training
is spent in the machine tool lab doing "hands on" training and
practice.

Participants will receive verification of
completion of the Machine Tool Technician Applied Technology Program upon
successful completion of these courses.
Students should contact the Student Services
Office when the courses have been completed, and Students Services will
issue the verification of completion.
